Another fantastic experience dealing with the support team especially Linda and Thomas. After trying various fixes with me for my mini hot water tap (spurting and leaking), Linda arranged a replacement spout and silicone tube under warranty. I was so relieved when replacing both did the trick and I'm extremely grateful for Linda's patience and advice and also for Thomas' help. Thank you so much both.

Excellent service for kitchen tap replacement parts
My Perrin & Rowe kitchen tap was leaking and the lever arms worn. My plumber was keen for me to replace the whole tap: the tap alone is over £1,000 so I called Perrin and asked if there were replacement parts. They put me through to their technical department and I am now within a week in possession of the part to stop the leak and two beautiful new level arms for a grand sum of £75. The service was superb - details of how to change the replacement part were emailed to me whilst on the phone to help my plumber. Couldn't have been better - a marvellous result (and eco friendly).

Simply excellent
Just replaced a Perrin and Rowe Etruscan 1420 filter tap purchased 22 years ago with the same upgraded model for a kitchen refurbishment. The quality of the former and new model is outstanding, as had so much heavy handed use and never once had any issues. Equally the post sales support for the new model is first class. Young man called Tom was simply wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. So good to see a brand hold onto quality and excellent customer support for over two decades. Would repurchase a Perrin and Rowe product in a heart beat. Very well done indeed.

Her knowledge of their company products is excellent and her helpfulness in trying to help customers (especially the uninitiated like myself) far exceeded what I expected.

Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support, with a kind and responsive team. My 7 year old boiling water tap was leaking, and needed a couple of replacement parts that I'd struggled to work out / find the right ones online. They identified what I needed and sent me the correct replacement bits to get it working like new again. They are an expensive brand, so the fact that they have an accessible team that are committed to help customers repair products and solve issues is reassuring, and environmentally responsible.

Only half a Tap for nearly six months
Ordered a bath fixture - only half of it was delivered to site. This was flagged immediately and unfortunately P&R have failed to provide the remaining part for nearly six months, leaving us with an unfinished/unusable room. We have been chasing twice a week for months, to no avail. The fixtures in our kitchen are gorgeous but we are so disappointed in this 'luxury' experience. Better to order from Lefroy Brooks whose customer service is excellent.

Great customer service
Called up their customer service to get some spares for a kitchen tap. Spoke with Tom who was able to confirm what parts I needed, and get the order setup. Nice to have a company where when you call, you actually get through to person who is helpful.

I called the customer service number without much hope, within 10 minutes my replacement part was approved and ordered.
The operative was very helpful and dynamic, whilst talking we exchanged information through the P&R WhatsApp, so they could see my issue immediately. Refreshing and efficient customer service with a true customer lead outcome.
