Founded in 1976, Peruvian Connection is a luxury women's apparel brand, offering exceptional, artisan-crafted, globally-inspired designs to discerning customers in the US, UK and Germany. Peruvian Connection was founded by mother and daughter team, Biddy and Annie Hurlbut. Today, the company continues to be led by our owner and founder, Annie Hurlbut. Our in-house design team doubles as fashion archaeologists, uncovering historic motifs and patterns from around the world. These historic influences are reimagined into designs that marry global textile traditions with modern, wearable silhouettes. Our knitwear collections are made in Peru by the same skilled artisans that we have partners with for decades. Many of the designs we create are produced in female-owned cottage industries where wages are higher than the local average and where transportation, food and childcare are often provided. While our company has grown over the last 45+ years, our original goal remains the same: to offer beautiful, original, artisan-crafted designs in luxurious Andean fibers.

I acquired 1 nice and stylish dress at sale price [another had to be returned]. But I disapprove, on environmental grounds, of sending individually ordered garments half-way round the world, presumably by air, so will hesitate to order again.

Great customer service following my sadly having to return my Hibiscus anorak. It was beautiful but I needed a smaller size and delaying ordering meant none left - lesson learned!

Wanted the dress for Christmas but no…
Wanted the dress for Christmas but no one told me that delivery would not be until 8-12weeks.Couldn’t alter the size I had ordered- was just told that hopefully it would fit.I was also told that I was next in line to receive the dress - are they made to order?! Still haven’t received the dress and with the postage charge so high hope that I will not have to send it back.
Also I was told the dress was out of stock and that I couldn’t order it,but it showed as being available online so I ordered it from there,never dreaming that it would be such a wait.
Altogether I will certainly think twice before I order anything else,what a shambles your firm is.

Lengthy refund process for returns
Beautiful garments, really good quality however the horrendous returns and refund process specifically the time it takes to receive the refund once an item is returned is archaic and would prevent me from buying again. Real shame because the quantity is so good.

I'd ordered dress in my normal size, it was to small and the cloth was a lot thinner, not the quality of cloth I'm used to. Return dress 7/1/25 it is still in transit and I have yet to receive my refund.

As a producer of high-end, limited-edition luxury fibers, our garments are not mass-produced in large factories. Many of our pieces are handcrafted by our highly skilled artisans in Latin America, a process that requires significant time and attention to detail.

Beautiful, warm and soft Wembley dress with all the quality I expect from PC. I had dithered about buying this one at first because I wasn't familiar with a godet (a dipped hem) at the back, but it looks fine. The expresso colour is brilliant and goes with everything.
