Perx Reward Avis 

Of absolutely ZERO value to anyone you might want to provide a prepaid card to, unless you warn them to use it IMMEDIATELY. There is an obscene €3 MONTHLY fee eating away at their prepaid balance. This is disclosed, and legal, so not a scam, but creates an utterly negative customer experience. The monthly charge doesn't even start when you activate the card (through a mind-boggling sign-up process online), but when the card is initially purchased.

My reward card expired and I contacted perx on two occasions to have a replacement care issued. On both occasions I was assured a new card would be issued......still waiting...never again

It’s supposed to be illegal to charge monthly maintenance fees, but you can’t use the card until you agree to terms & conditions which include a monthly maintenance fee of 3€ a month. (Yes it’s applied a year in arrears, but still not legal, especially as there seem to be continual difficulties getting the card to work).

Perx are easy to use, but when I had a query and made contact, I got a swift response from a very helpful and professional person. It was really appreciated.

I was replacing a replacement card. The first time the card was replaced, the security was an understandable quagmire. This time, everything was relatively straightforward and I received my replacement card within three days. Delighted with the outcome.

They were brilliant communicating on e mails as I’m deaf they solved all our problems highly recommend their service will be using there service again felt 100% trust with them

Pity I have to give 1 star, would give 0, no customer service or support, cannot get a balance and registered card and says its registered to someone else. Joke of a company, dont insult your staff by giving them these cards.

Not a good experience ! The overall process with the card is not great and does not fall in the same bracket category with TREATY .

I have literally never had a more negative experience with any product than with Perx reward cards. Genuinely appalling. In future, I'll be requesting that my employer just donate my bonus to charity, rather than wasting their money on one of these things. I feel that a one-star review isn't low enough.

We needed assistance from Perx to sort out an updated invoice, check our balance, and place a new order. David was extremely helpful from the beginning, and we managed to resolve everything we needed in a reasonable timeframe.

Impossible to activate, impossible to check balance. So many issues, 85mims wait in phone over Xmas and now can’t get my balance becuase I need a pin which is NOWHERE. Is it on purpose so loads of leftover balance.

Prompt response to query escalated to the right person, continuous communication

The response from the support team was excellent.
some of my issues were down to my own mistakes and I was advised of the correct process. the issue that was down to the PERX system was resolved perfectly and timely.

The digital card works well when it works, however, there are several steps to repeat each time and any one of them stops it working. To be fair, the support staff are helpful, polite and quick to respond. I just wish we didn't need to call on them. It turns out you add the digital gift card to a phone app, and it won't add if you already have the phone app installed. You need to delete the old version each time. That could be in the information sent along with the gift card. Then, you have to swipe sideways to find the new card. If you don't know that you could be trying to spend from an already used one. That could be in the instructions. Some online stores accept this card and some do not. I have not tried it in shops. Online, you will need to fill in the card details and get a confirmation from the Mastercard people. But if you don't get everything right every time, you won't get the text sent to your phone, so you can't confirm. I had to input my phone number in the popup and I put it in with the 0 in front, didn't work, the support told me that this was not needed. When I cleared that off and tried again with no 0 it was confirmed. But it would help to have that in the code, so I could not submit with the 0. Then I bought my item no problem.

I recently received a physical card that has proven to be exceptionally convenient for use both in-store and online, offering a significantly smoother experience compared to other commonly used vouchers. Although I initially encountered a challenge with enrolling for 3DS to enable online shopping, this was promptly and efficiently resolved by Ellie from customer service, which I greatly appreciated.

While I have noticed numerous negative reviews about Perx, I must say that my experience has been quite different in 2025. The service has improved tremendously, reflecting a positive shift from previous years.

Utter rubbish!
Rarely accepted online, crap website, poor costumer service and hidden maintenance fees (which most other card companies have abolished given how ridiculous they are).
I have a company gift this year of €1,500 I will absolutely not go with this card.
A competitor is “choice” so worth looking into if you’re reading this.
