I read through the one star reviews, it would seem that
people have got the wrong impression, I am pretty sure they were only trying to help to make people wise to a scam site, but maybe didnt explain as well as they could have.

Transfer and change the pet details to the new owner
I adopted a cat who changed multiple homes recently, and I couldn't find the previous owner's contact details. I just received some photos that show the chip number, etc. I contacted them via WhatsApp to do the transfer, and they did respond and sort it in a few minutes! highly recommended

Microchip training with Dawn
Recently completed my microchip training with Dawn. I was a bag of nerves but Dawn was so down to earth and chatty she had me relaxed in no time! Her training was thorough and comprehensive and this lovely lady didnt leave until i was confident i knew what i was doing. She's a great trainer, mentor and an inspirational woman.

From the moment i contacted them the commuication has been incredible via whats app messages. Stan came to do my training today, what an absolute legend he is. From the get go he put me at ease, such an amazing heart warming person to have in our home and to have train me. Highly recommend this service for microchip training.

I completed my implanted training through Petscanner several years ago based on being able to purchase a starter pack containing a scanner that paired with my phone so I could keep online records, was told it was unavailable and was promised one multiple times that has never materialised despite numerous attempts to chase it!
