Do not order from this company. Total scam. I placed an order on December 8th which I have never received. I have emailed three times to ask where the order is and request a refund and have yet to receive a response.

Never received order from one month ago!
No response to email, and my receipt on the website even says 'unfulfilled' with no explanation! will be raising a claim on my card. Appalling.

ZERO STARS- Ordered early November (2024) had one email in December saying that this size was currently out of stock but will be in the following week. Then complete radio silence. Taken my money and now blanked completely. Complained to Shopify but nothing at all heard back. Ridiculous and wish I'd never ordered from here. STAY WELL AWAY

I placed an order on 8 Dec. Money was taken straight away with email confirmation and have heard nothing since, despite sending further emails asking for an explanation. I am now trying to get a chargeback. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I think this might be a scam company as it takes your money but does not give you what you have paid for and does not communicate with you or respond to queries.

Should have read the other reviews before purchasing. Never received my order, they never responded to emails and you can’t message through Instagram. Complete con. My brother also ordered me something for Christmas which never arrived. I’ve claimed back via my credit card thankfully, and he will claim via PayPal. Save yourself time & stress!!

Ordered a T-shirt after seeing it on IG on Dec 7. No item received and no response to emails. Will be reporting to trading standards and my credit card company. Absolutely awful customer service.

I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank to get a refund after ignored emails. I commented on Instagram and got a direct message stating ‘I’m a small business, not Amazon’ I completely respect this but there has been a lack of communication, money taken and no product received. Really disappointing as I’m a repeat customer, having successfully ordered a ‘la’ t shirt previously. However, sorry to report that this is a scam.

Not worth 1 star. Do NOT buy from this company! Anita Rani has linked this to her Instagram but no order received and no response from any emails. It’s a scam.

A chancer of a business owner! I ordered in May and then when I hadn’t received good emailed his email address for an error to say mail box was full or closed, messaged via social media to be ignored. Raised a charge back and he’s had the cheek 5 months later to argue the charge back. My bank advised he’s not provided proof of packaging / tracking or postage. He’s a sham of a business man who from the looks of it does this a lot DO NOT buy from him at all!

Ordered two t-shirts, never arrived. Chased numerous times and no reply to any form of contact. Had to try and organise a charge back via the bank. Will never order again from here.

Thieves! Avoid ordering from this shop. Placed an order September 2023. Called and emailed for months. No response, no refund and order never received. Really sad to take advantage of people.

Ordered twice and not received good and now the email address from his social media bounces back saying the address no longer exists. Have to raise a charge back via my credit card DO NOT BUY from him!

I had to contact my bank and return a payment, I get notification that it’s being challenged, so basically this guy did not reply or send out my item and is now trying to steal my money back off me, can’t believe the audacity of this person.

I love the concepts behind this very cool clothing line, but can't say I would ever order from them again..

Placed an order back in January, not a complicated order a couple of tees. Now I understand that this company is going some changes, having closed their doors in Brixton market however keeping their online store open and continuing to take orders. So remained patient as these orders do seem to always take some time.

A couple of months after I placed the order, early March, I decided to see if I could get any word on this order, so sent an email, hoping to get news, nothing. I waited again for a bit thinking I know this company has had a busy few months..

Now in late april, 4 months plus after the order was placed still nothing have written them one more time, and have waited weeks for anything from them, still nothing.

This company has basically taken my money and now heading into 5 months of this transaction have produced no goods, no response, and ultimatetly they don't care. So very dissapointed in this company and don't feel like I could recommend them no matter how fun their offerings are.

It baffles me to think the man running this company, essentialy stealing from public, is also a politician. Bad buisness all around.

The owner is a complete scammer!
Never shipped my order, and will not answer on mail, facebook or instagram. But he will delete your comments if you try to comment anything about your order.

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Bought a top in November and have battled ever since to have my emails and messages read and responded to but to no avail. Appalling service. Have now since reported them to the bank and have received my money back. How they are still trading I have no idea!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered a Christmas present in December. Still haven't recieved a refund or the items. Emails are ignored (have emailed several times) despite him pushing online orders on his social media. Have spoken to many people in the same position, these are not isolated incidents. Please avoid at all costs.

Don’t buy. Took my money, sent the t shirt but it was in the wrong size. Asked me to send it back then seized all contact. Like many others I’ve been scammed by Philip Normal.
