DO NOT ORDER FROM PHILIP NORMAL. I bought a christmas present for my sister in December. Over a month later, money was taken and nothing ever arrived. He ignores all your emails, ignores messages on Instagram, deletes instagram followers. I'm now raising a dispute with my bank to get the money refunded, which I've seen from COUNTLESS other reviews is the only way people have got their money back. Complete scam artist.

Like countless other people on here, Google Review & social media, I have been scammed by Philip Normal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM.

Ordered a Christmas present 28/11/23 which never arrived & was never dispatched. Philip ignored emails & after a few Instagram messages where he initially pretended to ‘look into it’, he ignored me again. I have asked for my money back but he has ignored this too.

If you look on his Instagram posts there are loads of other people commenting with similar experiences, but he swiftly hides the comments & acts as if everything is ‘normal’. He has been active over the Christmas period encouraging people to buy from his store but he clearly has no intention of sending items, so DO NOT BUY.

If you are in the same situation as me, report him to trading standards, the fraud team in his local police force of Brixton & contact your bank to retrieve the money.

Philip Normal is a thief & should not be trading.

Never got my product or even an email to say when I might get it. Had to raise a claim through Revolut to get my money back.

DO NOT purchase from Philip Normal.
You’ll never get your purchase but takes your money. Emails ignored, Instagram and X ignored. He may eventually make one response to say he’ll look into it and then will never respond again. Countless other people have the same experience. I wish I'd read the TrustPilot reviews before purchasing Christmas gift that never arrived. Total thief

Took my money and never delivered. Also deletes comments on Instagram when you try and contact and doesn’t answer emails.

Terrible shop, don’t buy. Never received an order and no replies to emails. He deletes Instagram messages but still posts for people to buy his stuff. Don’t do it!

I’m feel get let down with with company. I have bought Xmas gift from this site over a month ago.. still waiting. Glad I’ve paid via PayPal as this is a current love investigation. Sad to see some one taking funds and not give the service.

Never received my order. No email response or picked up calls. Wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering. It’s a shame because love the actual store. Just want my money back please!

This person operates on Depop where he regularly fails to send out items or respond to messages and Depop have to refund. When people leave him negative feedback he leaves them nasty feedback full of lies. I wouldn't trust his shop. He's flakey as hell. And a nasty piece of work.

Bought a She Ra Dom Top T-shirt, badly printed, faded, not even printed in the middle of the t-shirt. T-shirt is cheap material. Iv bought better from him. Won’t bother with him again

Lesson learned - Read the reviews before handing over cash!
Bought a gorgeous T on 20th May, dispatched 24th, still not here 31st. Emailed Philip Normal - apologised and said a postal batch had been lost by Royal Mail (had happened in the past too...) and sent out a replacement. Replacement or original not here by 09th June (I allowed for the long Bank Hol). I emailed Philip around 3 times between then and yesterday (20th June) but also had to tweet him to tell him I'd emailed as he never responded. Tweet replies just "OK thanks". Then went on Trust Pilot yesterday, saw all of the awful reviews. Luckily paid thru PayPal so got a refund within the hour. HOW is this person still allowed to run a business?? Not sure if fraudster or just out of their depth but either way, will 100% avoid. A shame as wanted to support queer/independent business

Great designs, let down by poor quality, poor sizing, poor customer service.
I ordered a couple of Tee’s in the same size. The first one fit great, but poor print quality and the material is so thin, it borders on transparent. The other Tee came up much bigger despite being the same size……emailed re; exchange/refund but zero response and that was over two months ago. Avoid

Worst company I’ve ever bought from. Products are overpriced and of the poorest quality imaginable (t-shirts so thin they’re virtually transparent), there’s no return information on their website and they never respond to emails. They sell rubbish, offer zero customer service and give gay businesses a bad name. Do yourself a favour, read the hundreds of bad reviews on here then SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Please read these reviews before purchasing with Philip Normal. Absolute scam seller and does not send items even though you receive a ‘your item is shipped’ email. Multiple messages that ignored and refused refund. Been in touch with Trading Standards and explained to Philip he is legally obligated to offer a full refund for a product that wasn’t not received. DO NOT BUY FROM THE SELLER!

Scam. I ordered products that never arrived. Then I was ignored and eventually blocked.

I worked with Philip between 2015-2018. I am a freelance artist, and Philip sold a large number of t-shirts with my designs and illustrations on them.

Fairly early on in the "collaboration", I became a bit suspect towards my sales as Philip was very cagey and defensive when I asked for sales records. This obviously didn't seem right. It got to a point where I gave up asking, and just accepted that my pay from him for sales - which was always incredibly late - clearly was a "guess", as he either was not on top of his bookkeeping, or couldn't be bothered, or was a liar. Turns out it was all three.

In mid 2018, a shop in Spain placed a substantial wholesale order featuring numerous designs of mine. They paid Philip in full and he then went on to only send half of of their order. After which point he ignored them.

Understandably frustrated, the shop then got in touch with me and asked me to chase him up. This sort of thing happened a lot, so I wasn't surprised. What *was* a surprise, was learning that the order they had placed included 104 of my designs. Philip had refused to disclose the details of the order to me, and on paying me that month he had made the rather eyebrow raising comment that my pay "included the wholesale order". The money he paid me that month was considerably below average sales , which had been getting lower and lower each month. Meanwhile, on social media, I could clearly see that rather than sales taking a nose dive, more people were buying and photographing themselves in my shirts than ever before.

A friend of mine, now sadly deceased also provided designs for Philip. Philip ignored them for 10 months and did not pay them properly. I know of at least another 2 artists who have been treated in the same manner. To make matters worse, Philip refuses to take down their work from his Depop page.

Depop is also an interesting one. On informing Philip that I no longer wished to work with him (October 2018), I asked him to remove all of my work from his website, depop and Etsy. For the main part he obliged, only a few weeks later did I discover that he still had *over 250* items listed on Depop, which he had not removed. I had to contact Depop directly, who intervened and did eventually take the listings down.

I implore anyone creative to not work with this person.

UPDATE (3rd June 2023): Yesterday, nearly FIVE YEARS after stopping our working relationship, I am sent images of my designs for sale in Philip's Brixton shop. Shameless.
