I have had an account with Pink Casino for sometime. On Sunday last I deposited £900 in order to play Roulette. The money was immediately debited from my Bank account and I was then told by Pink that I couldn't play or have a refund until I had provided a copy of my bank statement, Driving licence and a copy of the debit card that was used. These were all sent, checked and approved. I received an email stating that everything was in order and I could continue to play. In actual fact my account was still blocked. There followed many conversations on Live Chat and in the end I told them to close my account and make an immediate refund. What followed was even more unbelievable. They confirmed that the account had been closed and before they could do anything else, they wanted my last 3 payslips. I have emailed their Complaints department who responded quickly, apologising for the treatment I received but despite emails from me, they have failed to respond. This company is totally unprofessional and lack honesty. Do not use them.
I can see you have responded to my comments. What additional items are you asking for? You have not asked me for anything. The account is closed and I just want my money back if that's not too much trouble.
I have been told by live chat that you do not require anything further from me so what is the delay in returning my money?
You already have my email address as there is an ongoing complaint with complaints @leovegas.com and I have to say, they do not reply to emails.
Nearly 2 weeks now and still no sign of a refund just the same excuses. The matter has been reported to the Gambling Commission.

Awful!!!!! I deposited £500 in one night with no security checks or anything iv tried to withdraw a poxy £600 and had to put in all my id and documents iv sent my documents a week ago now to be reviewed they are all correct but somehow still not been accepted and still no withdrawal been done. Customer service is pointless they just keep saying every day I’ll send it to the relevant department. Spoke with the complaints and they said can take up to 8 weeks!!
