Verification nightmare and account closed
I started out with a few nice wins on Pink Casino and built up from about £400 to nearly £5000 when I had a request to submit id, proof of address and payment method verification. I uploaded the docs and same day emails came saying they were accepted and I could use my Pink Casino account as normal.
Problem was I still couldn't log in. Live chat said my documents were actually still under review and agreed the email about being able to use my account now was wrong and confusing.
So I waited... Then a week later I got an account closure email saying my Pink Casino account (also other sites BetMGM and 21.co.uk too) were closed, quoting section 11.2 of their terms: "You as the account holder must, when requested, provide sufficient and correct documentation to allow us to verify your gaming account. During the verification process, we can confirm that this has not happened.
This is a violation of Pink Casino General Terms and Conditions"
However, I did send in everything (passport, bank statement, card photos) and I was sure it was all 'sufficient and correct'. So I went on live chat to question the decision, maybe to send in other documents or ask for it to be reviewed. Bryan on live chat stonewalled me with no way to appeal or even ask the verification team what the problem was, insisting there was no mistake made.
This was my worst time with a casino in many years of spinning. As soon as I won and verification started it turned it from 5-star treatment to 1-star nightmare. A lot of time wasted on live chat when I'd been signed up for a few weeks, having just played a few of my favourite slots and won some money.
The only silver lining is that Pink Casino paid my money straight out to my bank account rather than freezing or stealing winnings from my closed account.

Was dubious from reviews I read, however it was so easy to create an account, I did not have to provide any verification documents which I was shocked at but grateful for no faff as these company’s always happy to take £ without verification, but I won several decent wins (£700 through to £1500) over the weekend and withdrew, money was in my account within an hour or so!! I was, unfortunately, lured into Pink Casino with the promise of 50 free spins upon a minimum £10 deposit. After depositing the money, I was told that I would need to wager 35x in order to receive the 50 free spins. This is somewhat unscrupulous and encourages a reckless attitude to gambling.
