Won’t process my withdrawal
So I finally got a big win, and when I’ve come to withdraw my account has been blocked and I have been asked to provide verification documents. I submitted these promptly.. however still no sign of my withdrawal. I have contacted live chat & email with them several times and each time I’m told my account so under review which apparently is completely normal.. however 1. How long does this take? They have asked me for personal information which I’ve sent and they’ve accepted and yet still have to do a review. 2. It shouldn’t take this long for a withdrawal!! I am honestly feeling at this time they have conned me and I’m not getting anywhere hence why I’m giving them a review. I wouldn’t normally do this, but I don’t know where else to turn.
EDIT - since doing the review I’ve spoken to email and still not had any progress. I’ve also provided my details as requested by them in their reply below… but as of yet heard nothing. I’ll keep updating.
