deposited a fair bit of money then won £350, withdrew it then they asked for info to verify my account. I supplied all the information they wanted and they sent me emails that say my documents have been approved yet my account is still blocked and they are witholding my winnings. this was 1 week ago i won and 3 days ago i provided them with information. live chat is absolutely useless, cant even give me a timeframe of when it may be completed or reasons to why it takes do long or what they are checking. Feels very scammy AVOID!

This site is a joke…. Deposited over £200 on this site I join yesterday, won £440 then withdrew it. All of a sudden my account is blocked they want 3 forms of Id which I sent over yesterday and all was approved…. You can’t speak to anybody you just get automated emails back. Deposited, won £650, not paying out and locked out of account.
Update on 18/05: Pink Casino replied to this post saying they’ve reached out via TrustPilot but I’ve heard nothing. I’ve also continued to receive the usual standard responses from the team via email, including the quoting of T&Cs. I just want my money and for this to stop causing me so much stress and anxiety. It’s seriously affecting my mental health to have to deal with this.
Set up an account, deposited over £125, won £650. Provided every document needed to verify my account and get confirmation emails that my documents have been approved and I can use my account as normal. Next thing I know, I’m locked out of my account, I get an email saying I’ve been excluded and nobody can tell me what’s happening or if I’ll even get my winnings. I truly have no idea why they’re performing additional checks when I’ve given everything. Nobody is adding any context to these checks when I talk to them.
I was reluctant to sign up after seeing reviews suggesting the company doesn’t pay out and now this is happening to me. I’ve also shared to the team how this is impacting my mental health and my anxiety as effectively they’re holding £650 back from me and I’m getting the same “the team are looking into it” responses. They’re quick enough to take my money but when it comes to paying out it’s not happening.
I’ve never ever experienced this at an online casino before, and I hate leaving negative reviews but I’m at a complete loss as to what to do at this point.
The team do respond quickly and they are super friendly, which is a positive, but they can’t provide any updates so it’s just a standard response each time. I really enjoyed playing on this site but how can you trust a website that doesn’t pay out and doesn’t tell you why you’re locked out. 😭
If there are any reps for the company on here please reach out - I’m at a total loss.

I enjoyed my time playing here, lots of games to choose from plus the games play fairly which gave me plenty of play time from my £10 deposit. The bonus situation is explained well enough that its easy to understand that taking any bonus is not a good plan. I wish this review ended there as I would of gave 4 stars, but for me I play mainly for fun with maybe a nice win if i am lucky and a hassle free withdrawl, but the reality is they have the verification the wrong way round. They should be asking for documents before you can deposit not when trying to get winnings, Its not nice for players as you can see from the reviews. Why can you not do what other reputable sites do and have certain limits, thresholds, or triggers when they are needed. If you are that worried about regulations then verify before deposits.
As I said I enjoyed spending time playing here you have a great site.

Con Artists luring people into depositing under false pretenses - Stay away
Absolute scammers who I’ve just reported to the Gambling Commission and Trading Standards. Made an account with them on Thursday morning but hadn’t deposited anything, they then sent an email to me on Saturday addressing me by name telling me that my “welcome offer awaits” and if I deposit £10 and wager it once I would be credited 50 free spins. This offer was also available in-app when logged into my account. I deposited that amount and played it for that incentive and didn’t receive it. So I emailed them about it and they said that the email was “just for marketing” and that because I made my account less than 48 hours hours before, the offer at that point was the only one valid which was to wager the £10 THIRTY FIVE times to get the free spins. Will I hell do that lol. Refusing to do anything about it or compensate despite showing them clear evidence of the offer sent to me 24-48 hours after making an account. I’m not that desperate for my £10 back, I just hate the thought of any company doing stuff like this. Stay away from them, plenty of profit to be made signing up to other Casinos such as Betfred, SkyVegas and PartyCasino etc.
