Joined today rubbish gameplay, glitchy website keeps crashing. Takes so much money so quickly and when you get a bonus it is 10x - 15x max. Dreadful all round, should be closed down

So I withdrew and it sat pending until the 6th when I had to contact live chat and ask what the issue was, only then was I told to provide documents. Provided documents straight away, received an email back stating it would be 48 hours max... still hadn't received my withdrawal, so again I emailed and spoke to live chat, got the same Bs robotic response "upon review of your account blah blah" so today I asked to speak to a team leader or manager as stated was perfectly acceptable according to their own terms and conditions. I was told there was no manager available but miraculously they were able to tell me the accounts team would be in touch tomorrow. Well I received my withdrawal this evening, thank goodness, alongside a snotty email informing me my account has been closed effective immediately and I am banned from the group. It is almost comical! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Recently won £1600 its been 2days ive gone to check on the progress and cannot even log into my account few days prior I won same sort of amount and the money was given to me. Now they say I have used a casino in bad faith but won’t tell me how.
