Poor poor company. Joined last night and quit just before using promotional stakes. Wake up this morning to my account blocked due to fraudulent activity. When questioned about this they've disconnected chat 3 times and have refused to refund my initial deposit for no reason. They said I couldn't use PayPal but it's advertised on their site? I'm rating this a 1 based on the fact that they allow casino streamers on YouTube a different set of rules to us normal players even if we highroll. They run a simple scam at Playgrand Casino: If you deposit and lose, they're happy.

If you deposit and win, they ignore your withdrawal, and then shut down your account if you try to complain. If you ask what happened to your funds, they tell you it was "confiscated" due to terms & conditions, but won't explain further.

I simply opened and account and played for a couple hours. I tried to withdraw a modest £295 but the withdrawal was ignored. Customer support told me to submit ID documents, which I did. The withdrawal was ignored for over a month. Customer support repeatedly lied to me telling me that I'd get my withdrawal in 1-2 days. Finally, they sent me an email saying my account was terminated. When I asked about my withdrawal, they replied 2 weeks later saying the funds were "confiscated".
