Truthfully, I was so worried reading these reviews. But honestly. I won $1500 last Friday, handed in my verification documents, took a little longer than I thought but I was allgood. I deposited 10 and won I wagered the amount they asked which all together was 9000 I withdrawn 2500 I kept contacting them as it said my withdrawl was in review then I recieved an email stating I had bet more than £5 which I had not all my games was £1 or £2 on slingo and when I was wagering the money if I tryed pressing more than £5 for the extra spin a notice would come up saying you can not exceed this amount I have now taken this thurther and will jot let this site get away with this! Deposited over a grand just to win 400pound which was half my stake only to be told after I need to send in documentation which I complied only to be fooled around and be ignored by customer service. Worse withdrawal process ever. No problem taking your money but once winning they’ll use any excuse under sun to prolong your cash out. 2 weeks ago I deposited £19 and it did not show in my account but it left my bank. My banks fraud team investigated and said that playgrand did Infact have the payment

Playgrand still two weeks later refuse to give me my money. They say it is showing as "abandoned " but who would you believe ? A bank or a scam ?

My bank have sent me a letter in writing confirming this and playgrand still refuse to cooperate in getting my money back

I then today got playgrand muddled with another casino and accidentally deposited £20 instead of another casino YET AGAIN £20 goes missing.

Total of £39 stolen from me & I do have evidence of this too.

Be mindful that my first ever sign up was fine but after that they want to take all the money back and hold funds ?

After 24 days finally received my 75 pounds withdrawal. Absolutely disappointed. First of all, everything was fine, after that send us docs , send us bank statements. i have done it . I made a withdrawal transaction of £500 in 06.06.2022 that was accepted the very next day . Since then i’m trying to talk to them by mails and livechat because i never received the money in my bank account and the only answer i get is that my querry is under review by the “relevant team” .
