Plectrumb fitted two bathrooms for us. Nick, gave close attention to our ideas and helped us to choose the fittings.
The standard of the work was top rank and the end result is first class, absolutely beautiful. Even when we changed our minds about the layout of a vanity unit, sink and a towel rail, Nick's patience never wavered and his imagination and expertise overcame any issues I had created by changing the original plan.
Plectrumb also employed a first class tiler for both rooms and he also did a perfect job, also an electrician for the light fittings and again, excellent work.
The price for the job was competitive and fair and represented excellent value for money. They kept the disruption and mess to a minimum, vacuuming as they went along and are amongst the cleanest contractors we have ever used.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Plectrumb and would definitely be happy to use them again.

We could smell burning in our bathroom and, after a process of elimination, thought it was the shower power switch. I contacted Plectrumb which was recommended by family members.

Matt got in touch very quickly and said he could visit the next afternoon, advising us not to use the shower. He and a colleague arrived promptly, fixed the problem and then conducted a number of safety checks to ensure there was no underlying cause.

Both were very polite, tidy and helpful and explained the problem and what they had done to fix it. I received an invoice which represented good value for money plus an electrical certificate for the work. I would recommend Plectrumb, they provide an excellent service.

The team installed an under floor heating system I had purchased. Great communication and service from the start. I had a deadline and they managed to make room in their schedule. The wiring diagram I provided was not 100% but they got on the phone to my UFH system supplier and worked it all out. Top job guys - Will use you again!

Excellent service we had a new boiler fitted and the day after our co alarm went off so got the gas capped. Our insurance company could not get out to us for 24 hours but we messeged Nick and he came out first thing in the morning so we were not late for work to un cap and check everything, all was ok turned out to be a faulty alarm but he went above and beyond this time could not recommend enough.

Found plectrumb through the bosch find a fitter website. Nick replied to my enquiry within hours and could fit us in for a quote the next day! We had other quotations booked and nick did not pressure us at all, and we went back to him after being significantly better value than anyone else and able to carry out the work quickly. New boilers fitted and system all explained and very happy with the work!

Nick has always been helpful and nothing has been too much trouble.. No problems when the boiler was installed even though we were abroad and we had to communicate by text. On our return Nick returned to fully explain the running of boiler to us. It is also very useful that Nick always emails us to let us know when a service is due.

We engaged Plectrumb to convert/replace our existing heating and hot water system with a pressurised system. A large job that took a week to install. We found Plectrumb's quotation to be professional and the most reasonable of the four quotations received for the job. Nick had an immediate grasp on what had to be done (and what didn't), and politely answered in full, my list of emailed questions and requested assurances on aspects of the work. Work was commenced on the day agreed, was done quickly and efficiently, with as little mess and disruption as possible. Matt (Plectrumb) took care of all the electrics work. Would highly recommend them.
