All the staff at the Buttermilk depot are knowledgeable and helpful.
For a self builder living just down the road with no experience they are always willing to help.

They can deliver on time and drivers…
They can deliver on time and drivers are friendly and helpful but phone contact is poor and any backup requirements are badly handled taking 5 or 6 calls to try and resolve

Prompt delivery of good product at competitive prices, even on relatively small orders.
Very helpful staff and good website that shows clear competitive prices without the enormous mark up of traditional builders merchants.
They are a new generation of building supplier that does not treat small builders / DIY builders as second class.

Great Customer service at fantastic prices!
Fantastic company to purchase from.
I needed 500 facing brick, 200 engineering bricks, 4 bags of GP cement and a bulk bag of building sand, buying the bricks from Plumb Build saved me over £132 on the bricks alone!
The driver was super helpful getting the load as far down our 30ft drive without going onto the drive.
I have used Plumb Build in the past and will use them again in the future as and when I need any building materials.
