Stephen was the most amazing help from start to finish in our engagement ring experience! We had the opportunity to discuss different ideas we had for what we wanted, and he took the time to explore them with us. He also was so brilliant at explaining about different stones / settings etc and the benefits of going one way or the other - something we are extremely grateful for as we were clueless to begin with! The Pomerance office in Canary Wharf also made for a wonderful day out, and the view you get from up there is second to none.

As soon as I had spoken to Elliot over the phone I instantly felt comfortable dealing direct and not through a online marketplace where I had initially found the watch I had been looking for. 100% safe transaction and great communication pre and post sale. After weeks of stalking the internet to find a watch to purchase I found a 2018 Omega Planet Ocean in stock at Pomerance, I contacted them via WhatsApp to arrange a viewing and they were very helpful arranging a viewing at their Canary Wharf office the next day, the office was easy to get to and had quite a view!
