Excellent service ! Which went above and beyond what I'd expected. I would highly recommend purchasing your next watch from Promerance.

Lovely people, the watch was exactly as described , very happy, good experience will repeat

Great communication, easy to get to and find. The watch is EXQUISITE. The description and photos understated the quality. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with. At some point I’ll be back…..

Fantastic service from Elliot and the team. Very happy with my watch and will definitely be a returning customer.

Everything was excellent. From my first enquiry, all the WhatsApps & Emails were responded to quickly, I was offered a very fair price for my Rolex Coke, and the price of the B-Metal GMT II was good as well, so a good deal was done.

Elliott arranged for collection of my watch the next day, and once he'd checked it was as I described it, my new watch was posted same day and arrived the next.

The watch I bought was exactly as described too, and is superb.

All in all excellent, and I will be back for a Sea Dweller James Cameron in December.

First class.

Excellent purchase experience of a Sea Dweller with perfect customer service (thanks Ellis), watch is exactly the condition described on the website and at a competitive price - so pleasant to deal with a retailer who takes the time to do the job right.

I was a somewhat cautious customer, having previously had a bad experience with a Rolex I'd bought from another dealer some years ago. Stephen was incredibly patient, giving options and advice until I felt completely comfortable. No pressure at all. When I closed the transaction, he kept me up to date, even offering to size the bracelet for me, and I received the watch the next day. Everything was exactly as described and I'm one delighted customer.

Excellent service. Can't fault it, They were are a great company

Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Really happy with the service, I part exchanged my watch for an upgrade. I will for sure recommend to family and friends.

Thanks Steve & Elliot

Excellent service and buying experience from first contact through to purchase. Fast response. All information shared was accurate and as described on arrival. Highly recommended. Thank you Elliot. Look forward to future transactions. 👍🏼

Elliot was the man bought another Sub everyone and everything was very professional will buy again

Steve was very friendly and helpful, not at all pushing me to buy. Gave me a fare price on my trade in. All in all a very good easy experience he explained every stage of the transaction. The watch was described as excellent,I would say perfect. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. Thank you Steve/Elliot.

Every element of the purchase was fantastic from the initial discussion right through to the delivery of my new time piece.
I highly recommend giving these guys a call if you’re in the market for a new watch! I can’t rate the highly enough!

We bought two beautiful watches from Pomerance. On both occasions we had complete confidence that the timepieces were as advertised and that if there were any issues (there weren’t any) they would be resolved. On top of that great customer service. 5 stars!

DefinitelyI have to say I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Stephen was very professional and had great knowledge of the watch I was after, and no pressure salesmanship.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent experience. I was coming in from India for a 2 day London visit and Stephen was very helpful in meeting a tight timeline. Excellent communication and complete transparency. Would 100% recommend.

Steve from Pomerance boutique Ltd was the most patient guy from start to finish with the sale of my Rolex sea dweller and I would definitely do business with them again. Kind regards Steve

A brilliant purchasing experience. Elliot certainly knows his stuff and nothing was too much trouble, responding to my many questions. I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I am really happy with the quality of the watch that I bought and the price too. I’m sure I will be back.

I asked Elliot to source a very particular reference, on the basis that a good friend of mine had had a great experience buying from Pomerance. Not only did Eliott get the exact watch I requested, he found a version in near mint condition with an incredible amount of original documentation proving its provenance. A super smooth and delightful experience. Buy with confidence from Elliot and his team!

Beyond excellent experience!
From initial contact to receiving product, this was such a professional and respectful process. I felt so safe and assured in what I was buying. Really a company I would recommend to anyone looking to buy!!
