Pomeranceboutique Avis

Outstanding experience from start to finish

I had a genuinely fantastic experience with Pomerance Boutique and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I dealt mainly with Elliot, with Steve also involved, and both were a pleasure to work with. Elliot in particular was superb — incredibly knowledgeable, completely transparent at every stage, and never pushy. I felt properly listened to, well advised, and totally comfortable throughout the process, which matters a lot when you’re making a significant purchase.

Everything was handled with professionalism, clarity and warmth. Questions were welcomed, options were discussed honestly, and there was never any pressure — just great guidance and expertise.

The boutique itself is also worth a mention: located on the 37th floor of One Canada Square, it made the whole experience feel special without being intimidating. A very cool setting, and a fitting place to buy a watch like this.

All in all, a brilliant experience from people who clearly care about what they do and about their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pomerance Boutique and will absolutely be back in the future.

Great to deal with, amazing selection of watches and many thanks to Elliot because he is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Bought a beautiful Rolex GMT Master II and extremely pleased, would definitely recommend everyone and look forward to doing more deals with Elliot and team.

Fantastic throughout, a great buying experience. Extremely helpful, zero pressure, watch in perfect condition and a great price too. I have bought several watches over the years from various sellers; Pomerance are by far the best to deal with, I thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service again by Elliot and Steve, would highly recommend, both are very easy to deal with.
Would use again without a doubt

What a great pleasure it was to deal Elliott and Stephen from Pomerance boutique the Rolex was beautifully presented
And the service and attention to detail was fantastic
Thanks again

I am in Texas, United State. Stephen made my Rolex watch’s purchase process smooth and easy from the first day I talk to him until the day I received my watch. I fell in love right at the first look when He showed it to me at his office. It was exactly the description which he wrote on his website. Not only the watch I bought but also all the watches I tried on my wrist at his office. All of them are in excellent gorgeous condition. He is one of the best sellers I have done the business with. Totally recommended.

An excellent purchasing experience, honesty ,integrity and communication second to none. Highly recommended. Well done and thank you Elliot and Pomerance Boutique

Fantastic experience. Proper watch enthusiasts who provide a top notch service. So good that I bought again from them within a month

Elliot was fantastic, the watch was really beautiful.
I researched for a year to find the right place to buy my watch, I am someone who reads reviews and does due diligence when spending a lot on a watch, I can say this was a really positive experience. Elliot replied the same day, he took the time to talk me through the watch, he made the whole experience fantastic. The watch was great and recently came back from a Rolex service with no issues, so pleased with it.
I will be buying from here again and I have already recommended them to friends.

Was put in touch with Elliot via another dealer as I was looking to sell a watch. The communication was fantastic and he sent a courier to collect, with payment made next day. I can not recommend Pomerance Boutique Ltd highly enough and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Easy to arrange a viewing and conclude a purchase. Watches are in a great condition, as described. Fair prices. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and communication. Super fast delivery. Will definitely deal with again!

An amazing easy stress free process! I bought my watch from Stephen who made the whole buying process simple! Due to its Canary Wharf location security is guaranteed and I would definitely recommend buying from Pomerance Boutique to any tentative buyer, they say and do exactly what they say they will. One day I would love to buy again with Stephen as I am one extremely happy customer!

Elliot and the team here were extremely helpful and patient during our buying process. We were looking for a specific watch and year and we did not fully understand how Rolex manufacturing years and card years worked. This I am sure made us a bit of a nightmare to work with but they were excellent at communicating how things worked so we fully understood and could make the right decision. The watch is a great piece and comes with all the bits we wanted and even a bonus receipt from the original purchase. I will contact them next time I am looking for a new watch. All the best guys and sorry for the delay in my review ⌚️

Brilliant from start to finish, was purchasing my first luxury watch and Elliott couldn’t be more helpful!
Assured me and put me at ease straight away.
Will definitely purchase again!

I purchased a Rolex 16600 sea dweller, and from the get-go, the service was top-notch, pristine and professional. There was no such thing as a silly question and the watch was exactly as described. I dealt with Elliott, who was responsive at all times of the day, regardless of being at work or not, and his professional integrity didn’t diminish at any time. The customer service is all about the customer with this boutique. The prices are on point as well and he had exactly what I wanted and was a pleasure to do business with. I 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience, great service and a wealth of product knowledge when speaking with Stephen from Pomerance Boutique. The watch was in perfect condition as promised. Thank you.

Steve is great. Highly recommended

From initial contact to purchase I could not have asked for more, the watch I purchased was superb, even better than the photos!! I chose to collect the watch in person and had the pleasure to meet Elliott.
Can’t recommend Pomerance enough if you’re looking for a luxury watch look no further
