Pomeranceboutique Avis

Simply the best customer service out there. I required a very specific watch. When it arrived. Being super fussy I requested some changes. Everything was done with upmost professionalism. The quality of stock and customer service is just perfect. Buy with total confidence. Stephen is one of the last true gentleman

I part exchanged a watch with Steve at Pomerance Boutique and couldn’t be happier.

Not only was it a great deal, they were a pleasure to deal with. I will surely be a return customer.

Fantastic service by both Elliot and Steve. A really trustworthy pair with a great selection of very lovely watches.

Their location is perfect and I couldn’t recommend them more. Will definitely be back in the future

We had a wonderful experience with Pomerance Boutique, Stephen took really good care of us. Highly recommend this store.

Excellent service from start through purchase and even after sale. Would wholly recommend Elliot to anyone looking to purchase a quality authentic timepiece.

My second purchase from Elliot. 10/10 fantastic service and beautiful time piece aswell

I recently bought a watch from Pomerance. I was really well looked after and they went the extra mile. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future!

This is about the third watch deal / px with the guys at Pomerance and as ever a great experience. Great people to deal with, very honest valuations, very good communications and the watch is in mint condition.
Many thanks.

Exceptional service from Stephen and Elliot, great guys who did me an excellent deal. Have found a watch dealer for life.

I got in touch with Elliot online he was super helpful. And promptly arranged a video call. After this I paid a deposit to secure the watch due to travel I needed a month before I could pick the watch up. Again Pomerance were very accommodating. The actual purchase experience was very pleasant as well, my only suggestion to improve would be to have a bottle of Verve clicquot ready to go.

I have already recommended them to several friends and will definitely look to buy from them again.

My family and I have been customers of Pomerance Boutique for over 25 years. Elliot and Stephen continue to offer a 5 star bespoke service. I recently had a ring made and also had my dream watch sourced. Thank you both once again!

Fast professional service.
Great stock of top watches with great knowledgeable easy to talk to staff.
Highly recommended.

Elliot obtained a Submariner for me very quickly and for an excellent price. Received it today and couldn’t be happier with it. Great, knowledgable and friendly service - highly recommended.

I have just purchased my third watch from Pomerance Boutique in June 2022.

Stephen and Elliot are truly passionate about watches and what they do. Amazing customer service and always a great 'buying experience’. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Steve was brilliant to work with - very quick turn around time. Will definitely be using again.

Received a great level of service. Enjoyed the experience and the two watches I ended up buying! Highly recommended.

Right from the start Elliot has been very responsive to my messages and was very facilitating to my requests for a specific delivery window due to my schedule. I received my watch this morning and am very pleased with his service, communication, promptness and the quality of the watch that arrived. It's been a very straightforward and stress-free experience. Thank you Elliot and Pomerance Boutique!

Great service, sourced the watch we wanted
Excellent service, would recommend

First time buyer with Pomerance Boutique but certainly won’t be the last. Had the pleasure of picking up the Rolex DeepSea. Elliot was patient and helpful in explaining everything about the watch and making all the adjustments to sit perfectly.
Great experience and look forward to the next time.
