Pomeranceboutique Avis

Very professional, personal and efficient service. The watch was just as described and the communication was first class. Special Delivery postage so the whole transaction took less than 24 hours to have the watch on my husbands wrist.

I contacted Pomerance Boutique after finding a watch on their website I was interested in.They were very helpful and provided all the information I requested. Pomerance Boutique held the watch on reserve whilst I organised payment and they arranged for the watch to be sent on a next day a.m delivery. Very happy with the watch and it made my partners birthday! Would recommend using Pomerance Boutique and look forward to using their services in the future. Thank you.

Incredible service with incredible results at the end! So happy with everything from start to finish. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

Impeccable service by Elliot. Unparalleled knowledge and advice. Absolutely delighted with the watch. Wouldn’t use anyone else. I’ll be back!

Bought a 16613LB a few weeks ago from Elliot and very pleased, lovely guy easy to talk and deal with would 100% recommend

Knowledgeable and professional seller. Would definitely recommend.

I have just purchased a pre owned Cartier from these people and could not have found them more helpful and informative, including holding it on 'Reserve' whilst I considered the expense and promising a return if not satisfied. Once tried on of course, such a beautiful time-piece was never going to be taken off...! It also represents fantastic value given the saving against a new model.
Can't recommend them highly enough and thanks to both Stephen and Elliot for their patience

Very fast and efficient service, great communication, and great time piece.

Faultless service, can always rely on Elliot for honest advice. This was my second Rolex purchase from him and I will be back again one day for the third!

Wasn't going to wait 5 minutes to write this review.
These are a shinning example of how a 2022 London company should be
Straight forward, easy, good value and almost old fashioned customer is king attitude.

Well done Elliot
Thanks for going that extra mile actually 10 miles.

I was recommended Pomerance by a friend and I was not disappointed. I asked them for a specific watch (difficult to find) and they found it almost straight away at a good price. I’m absolutely chuffed with my new watch.

I will definitely be recommending them to my network.

Very professional and friendly contact !

This is my second purchase, Great service, genuine and honest sellers which is exactly what’s needed …

I have been using Pomerance for 20 years and I trust them so much. Just had my engagement reset and I am so happy with the outcome. It's stunning. These days it is hard to find jewellers that you can trust and I can honestly say that I wouldn't have given my diamond to anyone else other than Pomerance.

Great service - couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks Elliot. 5 star.

Great purchase from Stephen and Elliot at Pomerance. That’s the second watch I bought from them and always been happy with the service and quality of the watches. Would highly recommend dealing with them.

Just completed a transaction trading in my Rolex GMT for a new unworn Rolex Submariner. Absolutely happy with the swift and decisive treatment. We got it done in two days and the watch arrived exactly as described. Bravo! Stephen and Eliot, I will definitely make Pomerance my go to jeweller for the future.

Cracking service, had a Rolex and sorted one I needed repairing for me. Good prices

Amazing experience from start to finish. Elliot gave me all the information I needed and honest opinions in relation to my choice of watch and I will for sure be in touch moving forward about any further pieces I need.
Top service & top watches.

Beautiful bespoke jewellery made exactly as I had hoped, I am thrilled, thank you! I would definitely recommend Pomerance Boutique.
