Pomeranceboutique Avis

Easy no nonsense service with guys you can clearly trust. Will definitely use again!

Bought a beautiful Rolex James Cameron from these guys . Super professional start to finish. Couldn't have asked for more . Very competitive price too . Will be looking to use them for my next purchase.

Watch was exactly as advertised. Made it easy to purchase with friendly and honest staff. Walked away feeling like I got a bargain and will be back for more business in the future.

I have known Elliot for many years and always trusted his advice around anything jewellery and watch related. He is professional and patient, and I will continue to recommend him in the future.

Couldn’t have asked for me. Excellent watch aside Elliot was incredibly helpful, willing to work with me to meet up with the watch, and it’s great to meet and chat to someone genuinely interested in watches

Very helpful & efficient service from start to finish

Great selection of watches. Great service from the owner. Dealt with them for many years on various Watches. & found them to be professional & easy to deal with & now located in a safe great location

Can’t rate Elliot and Pommerance Boutique highly enough so courteous and helpful
Would definitely buy off them in the future

Brilliant customer service, and experience second to none.
Followed the brief perfectly in sourcing the exact watch I wanted, for the correct price. I would 100% buy another watch from PB.

Outstanding service received from Pomerance Boutique. Purchased a watch over the phone and Elliot was always happy to help - the bracelet was adjusted to the perfect size and received following day. Great experience from start to finish.

Excellent service all round and extremely happy with my purchases— can't fault a thing! Will definitely be using them again (when my wallet recovers 🤣)

I have been dealing with Elliott and Steve now for many years, first class professional service every time and I wouldn’t do business anywhere else.

I visited the Canary wharf office at the end of December. Excellent service from Elliot. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They operate in a completely transparent fashion answering all of my questions without hesitation.
The watch (Rolex Skydweller) delivered exactly as described.
I would definitely recommend them and will buy from them again without hesitation.

Highly recommended . A very nice guy who made the whole experience a personal one, and totally hassle free. Very professional service .And when I am asked about my watch , they can be sure that their name will be mentioned….They deserve there beautiful building 😁

Had the pleasure of dealing with Steve who is a very genuine guy. I received a very fair price for my watch with the whole transaction going very smoothly. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Excellent service. Elliot and Steve were very professional. Very smooth transaction. Highly recommend

My first time purchasing a watch without actually seeing the piece in my hand. Contacted Elliot after seeing the item on his eBay Selling page the evening before, had a reply first thing thr following morning.
Must of asked at least ten questions and immediately had a reply each time to what I asked.
Anyway, we agreed price and the item is in my hand the next day as described.
Completely as described and perfect.
All round great service and reassuring to deal with.
Thanks Elliot

What an amazing couple of gents Elliot and Stephen are. My wife wanted to surprise me for my 50th and the gents were so professional in helping her with her choice. The service and actual customer care were second to none. I’d highly recommend them and will be back to buy a watch for my wife’s special date too.

The service provided both during and after purchase was exemplary, will definitely use again for future purchases.

I have had all good experiences with Pomerance boutique before and now.

I will be using them again, look no further for anyone looking for the real deal.
