My Blu boy, absolutely loves pooch and mutts treats and dental sticks, the health and digestion dog food had sorted out his sensitive tummy.
Customer service is outstanding, I was wondering why my delivery hadn't come messaged though FB got back to straight away explained why I hadn't got it. They sorted it there and then, and got my delivery next day. Excellent 👍👌

I had been feeding our Chow Chow the Pooch & Mutt Health and Digestion dry food for some years. It suddenly started to give him an upset tummy. I contacted Kimberley at a Pooch & Mutt for advice and she very kindly sent me a trial pack of the Joint Care dry food. Happy to report that this new food is fine. Kimberley arranged to uplift the unopened old food and replace it with the new food. I cannot thank Kimberley enough for her help, she has been amazing. I will definitely be sticking with Pooch & Mutt and am so pleased with the amazing service. Thank you Kimberley.

My dog absolutely loves poochandmutt he has an extremely sensitive tummy so when we found P&M and found that they didn’t upset his stomach it was honestly amazing. He has been eating their treats daily for 2 years now and he never gets bored of them.

Always a superb fast service. A bit of a blip with my last order. Dog treats arrived instead of slim and slender dry food. I received an immediate response and it was put right straight away. Correct food arrived the next day and I was told to keep the treats so win win. Such a lovely trustworthy company with food our border terrier loves. So a big thankyou from us!

My min schnauzer really loves this complete wet food which I feed with a handful of fresh carrot & white cabbage. She is a bit greedy and I find I can satisfy her appetite and hopefully her weight without feeding any grains which tend to upset her digestion.

From my side the packing is ideal - it’s eco friendly and so easy just tear open top dispense & fold over put elastic band round to keep rest in fridge. No smell or messy tins.

I LOVE Pooch & Mutt. I use the Slim & Slender food and the joint supplement powder to help my 3-legged dog stay strong and fit. The price is fab and my whole experience with Pooch & Mutt has been wonderful. I always recommend it to my friends who have dogs as well.

I had a problem with my delivery but the Pooch & Mutt representative resolved the issue efficiently and professionally. This means my handsome old Rough Collie can once again enjoy his Pooch &Mutt joint supplement tablets, which he thinks are sweeties.

I have been a loyal customer for years; my dogs loved your food and biscuits, and did very well on them.

Since the rebrand and new packaging, it is obvious the recipes have been altered. It is not just the dry food — the biscuits and treats are clearly different now, and the smell is not the same. All four of my dogs refuse to eat them completely, even the ones who used to look forward to them every day.

To make matters worse, I have now read that you are adding insect protein into your wet food range too. Quite frankly, I find this absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I do not expect to be feeding my dogs insects when I am paying for a quality meat‑based product.

This feels like a clear cost‑cutting exercise: reducing meat content, replacing it with cheaper alternatives, and hiding it behind words like “sustainability” as if that makes it acceptable.

I am far from alone — other reviews show many dogs are refusing the new formulas, and some have even had bad reactions. Changing a successful product this way breaks the trust you built with your customers.

You have lost a long‑time buyer here, and I will be telling every other dog owner I know to avoid the new recipes. Very disappointing.

We have used Poochandmutt for a very long time & have never disappointed!

Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying this brand.
