Avoid if possible. If there is no other option of delivery rather dont order. They have lost in one mont 3 packages from the same sender and there is no way to do anything about it. Bad is too good word for they work.

EVERY TIME Amazon ships with Hrvaatska Posta, they somehow are “unable to deliver” and notify me several days after the shipment was meant to take place. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them in any language other than Croatian, and they offer no explanation.
How are they still Amazon’s provider!?!?

Obviously HR Pošta is too lazy to deliver. Third time in s raw my delivery was puted into paketomat instead of coming to my place. And there is no reactionon to my email after case nb 2. Today it happened again, I'm totally fed up with HR Pošta.

I avoid using Hrvatska Pošta whenever I can. Unfortunately, when they’re the default courier, I immediately brace for a poor experience—because that’s what they consistently deliver.

My most recent interaction was no exception. Instead of delivering my package to the home address I provided, they arbitrarily redirected it to a parcel locker 3.5 km away. There was no justification or notice—just a complete disregard for the original delivery address. I manually redirected it to a closer locker (only 550 meters away), but before I had a chance to pick it up—and three days before the pickup deadline—they removed it again and transferred it to a postal office.

Visiting a post office is an ordeal in itself: you're limited to their inconvenient opening hours, and once inside, you're met with slow service, long queues, and staff that are frequently unprofessional and dismissive. It’s a frustrating and demeaning experience that no customer should have to endure.

The level of disorganization, arbitrary decision-making, and lack of accountability is astounding. If Hrvatska Pošta were a private company operating in a competitive market, I genuinely believe they would have gone out of business by now. Their outdated policies, unpredictable parcel handling, and consistent failure to meet basic standards of customer service make them a liability rather than a service provider.

It’s unacceptable in 2025 to be forced to rely on a courier that treats its customers with such disregard.

užas! poštar jedva jednom mjesečno nosi poštu u Zagrebu!

Zahvaljujući Hrvatskoj pošti preskočila sam termine za važne preglede u bolnici.
Jer su poštu koja je poslana 09.05.25.dostavili 27.06.25
A termini su bili za 23.06.25
Dno dna od usluge.
Za šta su plaćeni djelatnici koji ne obavljaju posao na vrijeme i kako treba.

Narudzba iz Kine dode u 2 dana a oni nisu u stanju dostavit za mjesec dana
da ne govorim kako se ne javljaju na pozive i ignoriraju mejlove
svjesna sam da imaju previse poziva ali ako zvonim 3 ipo sata valjda bi se trebali moc javit

A note to all sellers who are using HP for shipping, I will not buy from you…

HP is a state owned courier service, they are slow & incompetent. You get a message that your package is on the way, you are home, and the status says “delivery attempt”. You call them and they tell you the package didn’t even leave the warehouse. No thanks…

Just awfull. A small package that came by dhl and was picked up by the post office didn't even leave a notification in my mailbox. I accidentally installed the dhl app and saw that they supposedly came by and would try the next day. In the same app I saw that they tried to deliver the next day at 10:59am so that surprised me because I was home and no one rang the bell. I was expecting a message in my mailbox but there was no notification there either. Through the app I finally saw that the package was waiting for me at the post office after two failed deliveries 😳. I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't accidentally installed the dhl app which was in German language. Disaster from H. Post

Worst delivery service to exist in the world, I am a finance and business student and it is impressive to me that a corporation can be so big with so much money and yet function like a start up from a 12 year old, incompetence of this institution is another level. Always opt out for another courrier service if you can, every time I have to go with this service I have problems, every single time.

If i could give zero, I would. Backwards, slow, corrupt, cunning, I don’t think there is worst service anywhere in the world. Parcel apparently lost at custom, miraculously found and delivered day after postal service, from the county from which was originally sent, lodged complaint. Apart from that, if you sending something from Croatia, Clark at the post office claims is their job to check the contents of the parcel you are sending. Unbelievable. And the same clerk has a monopoly on the postage you have to pay. BTW if you need their services is a cut lunch job. And don’t wake them up during their any time seasta.

They never deliver, just leave a note saying you weren't home. I have never seen them deliver a package in my life.

For years now it's usual that they don't deliver any package but leave you a note that you weren't home, even though you were and noone rang the bell.
But now they they went even further, stating that package couldn't be delivered on the tracking pages, but not even showing up the door to leave the note. So it's going from bad to worse. on the phone numbers that you leave, noone responds of course, customer service, just as well.
i think they've hit the rock bottom at this point.

Paket 24 sata, usluga koja se naplaćuje više od uobičajene pošiljke ali zapravo nema nikakve prednosti. Paket koji je naručen u četvrtak 06.03. I u više navrata iskomuniciran da će stići u St idući dan do 9 sati, je stigao 3 dana kasnije od roka, 10.03. U pošti prebacuju lopticu na lošu komunikaciju u Zagrebu i na kolege iz Zagreba. Unutar tzv usluge od 24 sata zapravo postoji kvaka da svaka poslovnica ima odredjeni sat do kada će taj paket zapravo poslati da bi stigao unutar 24h. U mom slučaju je čak i taj detalj iskomuniciran, te je paket trebao biti donešen najkasnije do 16:50 (a donešen ne u 14:55) međutim stigao je 3 dana nakon očekivanog roka. Nepouzdano, naporno, a borba s njima uzaludna. Izgubljeno vrijeme, novac i pošiljka koja je došla oštećena.

Katastrofa, službenice ne upozore na ogromne naknade za plaćanja računa debitnim karticama.
Odgovor tima za kvalitetu je da navodno negdje u uredu stoji obavijest o naknadama.
Nažalost iako dobrog vida tu obavijest nisam mogla naći.

Multiple times packages ordered through Amazon.de and carried by Hvratska Pošta to Slovenia just get sent back to Amazon without even reaching the border.
Waste of time, money and energy.
