I cannot fault the Powder White team, my recent holiday finally happened after several Covid-related cancellations and Powder White were spot-on throughout the cancellations and rebookings.
I've already rebooked with them for next year.

Very very helpful team always on hand for advice and assistance to make for a worry free holiday.

A great company - you can always get hold of someone and they were so flexible and professional throughout the Lockdowns and having to move our holiday twice. We finally made it, thank you Powder White.

Just returned from a fantastic two weeks in Les Menuires. The chalet was amazing and in a brilliant location moments from the piste. The team at Powder White were great and answered any questions we had. The process went very smoothly and easily. Just what we needed for our break to the mountains. Thanks so much. Can't wait for next year!

First time booking a skiing holiday and it was last-minute job too. There's a lot to organise and PowderWhite were fantastic help. We were going to somewhere none of us had ever been with a first time skiier and with covid we had a lot of doubts and concerns.

I probably called every day for a week with different questions and in the end, they recommended an apartment just across the road from one I had my eye on for basically half the price and the same star quality and it was lovely!

They also helped in giving options for securing last minute airport transfers when everywhere was seemingly fully booked.

The holiday was fantastic and it wouldn't have gone ahead without their aid! Props to Powder White.

Double rolled over holiday due to Covid as no refund given. In the end we were unable to make the new dates and so lost all of our money. Unhelpful and unwilling to even try to be helpful.

Our recent trip was rearranged from a cancellation week of the first Covid (UK) lockdown. PW were very helpful in providing us with the option of refund or credit and arranged everything efficiently for our rearranged trip.

Very welcoming and helpful, the chalet was lovely and the food tasty. Ideally we would have liked to have had chalet hosts, however these temporary covid measures are logical.

Powder White were very quick at sending quotes which met my needs, booked everything quickly and sorted all our requests. I had a voucher from before lockdown and this was all sorted very thoroughly. All in all a great experience.

As usual a very smooth transaction with Powder White. The only issue we had was with the reception staff at the accommodation who were rather unhelpful. Great service from Powder White though.

Excellent service, always someone at the end of the phone to answer questions and fine tune the details. The Hameau Sapinière was perfect, excellent location, very well priced, and great spa.

Belated recognition for another splendid effort from the PW team, who helped deliver a relaxing, rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable half term holiday. Both Duncan and Victoria were on point with the details, be that the ski passes, the guide or simply a rundown of the best local rests. We fully appreciate that times have been fraught in the industry but were impressed by their unflappable nature and can-do attitude. Suffice to say happy parents meant happy kids which meant happy holiday Full credit and many thanks to all at PW. We will be back.
