From first contact it has been a seamless process with very prompt and helpful customer service. We highly recommend PowerSmart Solutions to anyone who are thinking of Solar panels and/or battery back up. As our batteries our outside we ordered a cover to protect it but the area was too confined. Took it back. Easy. Very happy customer.

Not enough information to the installation of the batteries. Salesman didn't inform us of the limitations of the positioning of the batteries. The workers worked around the alternative location. We have been away since it was installed so we haven't had enough time to experience the new system.

Great sales and installation teams
The sales team were very client focused in their advice and product recommendations. The installation team were very honest about any challenges installing the panels and battery, and worked hard all day to get the installation completed in one go.

Excellent products and service
I have dealt with Powersmart for over 5 years now and am completely happy with their service and back up after sales assistance. Have recently added batteries to the system and as expected this went perfectly. The staff are always friendly and very happy to answer any queries. 10 out of 10

Battery was insufficient for our house
Battery was insufficient for our house, caused blackouts, electricians had to return multiple times, on going delays, safety issues and no compensation for delays or poor functioning

Belinda,
unfortunately due to weather events on the day that you experienced a blackout, we can see that your battery was only 43% charged when the battery started to discharge. Had the battery been at 100% charged, your blackout period with battery power would have been twice as long.
A battery can not be bigger than the capacity of a solar system to charge it.

The quote process was clearly explained, detailing what when and how it would happen. And it did just as it was explained. The installers turned up as agreed, explained what they were going to do and did it neatly and quickly. The company kept me informed of progress, payment went smoothly and it is now working as promised. Well done Powersmart
