Easy to deal with
Only thing is to make sure that the sales pitch and the actual practical side is saying the same thing. The electricians I had(Kyle and his team) were easy to deal with and did a great and tidy job. As a Electrotechnology teacher at Tafe, I looked at the work differently than other people and I was real happy.

Power smart Solutions had a lot of knowledge on the solar panels and provided lots of information and answered any questions I had. They were very efficient in getting quotes back to you. The process was quick and installation happened pretty quick as well.

Very professional from start to finish
Very professional from start to finish! Everything was so easy and no fuss with PowerSmart. All staff have been helpful and efficient. No hassles with any of the installation guys.
Our solar power system is great and when we were ready for a battery, we had no hesitation in calling them again.

A belated review, great system!
I meant to leave it a few weeks and then provide feedback and forgot, oops!
The whole process was great, a friendly and professional team, all done thoroughly. The system is great, I'm paying almost nothing for electricity right through winter with electric hot water and home heating. Leading into summer, free aircon during the day, couldn't ask for more.

I was not happy with some of the solar…
I was not happy with some of the solar panels they looked second hand ( marked and dirty) . I hope that they will be alright.

Please rest assured that all panels installed are new and fully covered under warranty. Sometimes panels can appear dusty or marked from handling and transport, but this does not affect their performance or longevity.

Very happy with the explanation of how the batteries work. The customer service is outstanding no pressure applied during the sales, just honest open communication. Contact via email to set everything up was prompt and the actual installation was great.
Very happy with the product so far and having the app to be able to monitor usage is user friendly and a great tool. Overall very happy.

Dealt with Brad from the Brisbane based team. Great communications and very informative. This fellow knows his products and is very helpful.
The Install was done by Chris (the electrician). He was very professional and again very polite and helpful and explained each step.
Overall, I could not be happier with the system i purchased and it works extremely well with the guys being more than helpful to answer any questions i posed after the install. Nothing is a problem for these guys. I highly recommend this Company.
