Premier Solicitors Avis

yashodra and nithmi really saved the sale last minute! thank you so much

I dealt with Jayleigh throughout my flat purchase. Any queries were always dealt with promptly and efficiently and the team were nothing but helpful during the entire process. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Very pleased with their service, excellent staff. Easy to communicate with and simple instructions to understand.
Highly recommended. Serena and Joshua thank you for your experience and friendly support and advice.

Myself and Fiancé were both happy and pleased with Premier Solicitors. We would like to send our gratitude to Millie Connolly, who has been efficient with the whole process of buying our first house. Millie, has been very helpful and very quick with responding and answering questions that we had. We once again thank you all for your time, and have enjoyed this process.

UPDATE 17/08/2026 - you will see that Premier solicitors replied to this review, they replied with another LIE, as they have still not contacted me, it has now been over 8 weeks since I sent them an official complaint.

AVOID! The list of issues i had with Premier solicitors is a long one. I used them for a transfer of equity. Documents were not being read correctly, incorrect forms being sent causing months worth of delays. Forms for my case were being sent with other peoples details on them (GDPR breach), They attempted to over charge me TWICE, communication is awful, sometimes not hearing back for weeks, not once did i get a call back when i requested one. I was told by my solicitor that i could not complete on the transfer despite the lender and help to buy agreeing they were ready to go. My solicitor REFUSED to send the required paperwork to complete. She did it reluctantly on the very last day possible, thats 15 days after the offer had expired, thankfully there was a 15 day grace period. The whole process was 7 months of stress thanks to these guys. A cherry on top is that my official complaint has been ignored. Pay a little more and go elsewhere.

Last week we finally completed on our first home, and it is all thanks for Jayleigh, our solicitor. I cannot express how grateful we are to have such a fantastic solicitor like Jayleigh.
From start to finish, she was professional and incredibly supportive, especially when the sellers solicitors started ghosting everyone.

We did experience significant delays due to the sellers solicitors, which Jayleigh was fighting tooth and nail every day to get in contact with through every avenue. Jayleighs proactiveness and persistence made us feel she was always fighting our corner and doing everything in her power to get things moving faster and forward.

Buying a first home can be overwhelming, but Jayleigh's communication, patience and dedication made a huge difference. Thanks to her persistence, we finally completed and got the keys to our home. We are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work and would highly recommend Jayleigh to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive and caring solicitor.

Jayleigh thank you again from A, C and soon to be E.

We cannot recommend Premier Solicitors highly enough for helping us buy our home. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and thoughtful, turning what we expected to be a very stressful process into something smooth and manageable.

What stood out most was how caring and attentive Nithmi was. She always took the time to explain every step clearly, answered every question no matter how small, and kept us updated regularly so we never felt unsure or out of the loop. The speed of her service was exceptional too — she worked efficiently, moved things forward quickly, and kept the whole process perfectly on track.

If you are looking for professionals with exceptional knowledge who get things done without delay, Premier Solicitors is the perfect choice. A special thank you to Nithmi for all your help!

Special Thanks to Harpreet and Neelam!
We had an excellent experience with our solicitors throughout the purchase of our new home. From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive.

The entire team kept us informed at every stage of the process, responded promptly to our questions, and explained everything clearly, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and dedication ensured that our purchase progressed smoothly and completed on time.

We truly appreciated their patience, transparency, and commitment to providing outstanding client service. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional solicitors for buying a property. Thank you for helping us make our dream of owning a new home a reality!

Thank you Divya and nathimi for your guidance.

Great and fast communication with Harpreet Sidhu and his larger team. Very much on point and was looking out for my interests. Happy to come back for the same service.

We cannot recommend Harpreet and Hamayun and his team highly enough. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout our Remortgage and Help To Buy transaction.

Communication was excellent at every stage, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions or concerns we had. What could have been a stressful process felt much smoother thanks to their expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to keeping everything on track. We were especially grateful for the way they worked tirelessly to help us meet a very tight completion deadline, ensuring everything was handled efficiently and without unnecessary delays.

A special thank you to you both and the whole team for their hard work, patience, and commitment. We always felt that we were in safe hands and that our best interests were being looked after.

If you’re looking for a conveyancer/solicitor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about their clients, we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent Bedford Solicitors, great value for money and really friendly to deal with. I have been using their services for a variety of reasons and over various departments for the past few months and they have been extremely helpful and efficient in every aspect. Every obstacle encountered, they managed to overcome and made what is usually a very unpleasant experience, quite seamless. Thank you team, you’re doing a fantastic job & thank you Simran for wrapping everything up nicely, faultless throughout.

I purchased my forever home with the help of Priya and Adrianna. The purchase took 10 long months to complete because unfortunately I had to start from beginning twice when nearing exchange but Priya and Adrianna were consistent in their updates, consistent when chasing the seller's solicitor for updates, reassuring, patient and promptly answering any questions I had. The service was nothing short of perfection. Thank you ladies, I will surely recommend you to everyone I know.

Can’t recommend them enough! First time buying auction property and Yashodhara and Gayan were so professional, helpful and get a full completion within the time frame. Absolutely brilliant team!

Communication was very good. The team were responsive and very helpful and the conveyancing went thru in time despite some delays from the seller. Would happily recommend.

Melba Paul offered a fantastic service from the first phone call to the follow up emails and the documents being signed and in our hands, even kindly expediting the process to meet our needs.
