Happy with service, fast response & prices
Very happy with the service and fast response. Their Talk 5 package at £1 per month (ex VAT), which is a basic BT number parking package, is extremely competitive.

Very straightforward
Very straightforward and easy to deal with. Does all the work with Virgin or BT to transfer number. Great solution with no need for a physical phone if you’ve not want one. Great prices.

Premitel is excellent.
Premitel is a refreshingly hassle free and pleasant company to deal with. The complete opposite of the large British 2 letter phone company that i moved from who are an arrogant nightmare at best.
I totally recommend Premitel for s pleasant ,reliable telecommunications experience.

Great for people who want to keep their analogue telephones
Have been using the service for a couple of months now, and it works very well. The Premitel support is very helpful and responsive.

Have confidence that Premitel is the best VOIP provider!
Moving from Sky to Starlink meant we had to find a Voice telephone provider. A quick google search listed Premitel amongst others. A like for like comparison showed that Premitel were the best value supplier and, the offer to purchase and test the ATA at a discount was the clincher. Service was provided on a test basis and once go ahead was given the transfer from Sky was seamless. It has worked very well since then, plus as well as included UK minutes, we can call our family in France at a really low VOIP cost. You just need to notify Premitel that you wish to make international calls. Service has been good and any support issues have been responded to quickly and by personal email - not online FAQs. I have no hesitation in recommending Premitel as your voice services provider.

The cost of the service is very reasonable compared to BT/EE etc and there are lots of useful features included. The only very slight glitch was when the temporary number we were given whilst ours was transferred over was also given (presumably in error) to another customer. Highly recommended.

We went from an ageing bt phone line…
We went from an ageing bt phone line which constantly crackled and sounded like an old movie to this lot and it’s been really good to be fair. We’re not hugely technical but we hooked this up to our star link with no dramas at all. Very glad we did it!
