Highly recommend using Prime if you are looking where to buy an investment property. I enquired about buying a property and the team were extremely helpful in providing all of the information I could need.

Property agred price was £50k, they put deliberate £47.5k on legal pack! The seller refused to sign the disposition Cos off that difrent in price! Now the refused to refund me the 6k auction fees 5k deposit and 6 months rent!
They are running scam property auction scotland!
For all above I have evidence and witnesses!

Easy process and helpful advice

well.. this is another company that will flowers rainbows and everything else. I got lucky because i got a call from a BAD LIER called Nicole.. that said she could get more money for my house and she could sell it straightway because she had sold 2 flats the same building.. well when i asked prof of those sales (Because i couldn't find anywhere) she said she couldn't disclose it because the sale was too fresh yet and she would give me a ring. she never rang again because she knew she has been caught Lying.

When buying a property they are constantly on the phone to you, once they have your deposit and their commission you can’t get them on the phone excuses range from, the person is off I’ll, on another call, he will call you back, or they just don’t answer the phone, they had no idea of any details of the property they were selling, advertised it as freehold when it was leasehold, never checked that the vendor was being truthful, told lie after lie, they owed me a refund from telling me that I did not have to pay the sellers legal costs when I was billed for it, they kept saying they would refund me but I was getting more excuses as to why the money was not paid, after many phone calls they eventually paid some money but not the correct amount, I have now taken this up with the Glasgow Sheriffs Court.

Prime Property Auctions (Scotland) Ltd failed to communicate with me throughout the marketing period and only resurfaced on the auction date. Despite their valuation, the property attracted only one bid, more than 40% below the figure they had provided, raising serious questions about their marketing effectiveness.
I was also not properly informed about their full fee and commission structure, which exceeded 20% of the bid price
