Tragic and colossal waste of my time. After enquiring and having some sort of bot telling me there were no available slots until the end of August, I was contacted by Ryan to make an appointment, which we did. I have two very small children so to ensure there were no interruptions during our call I organised a baby sitter to watch them for an hour in case our 30 minute call ran over. I got numerous reminders about my appointment but on the day I received no call from anyone. I tried to phone and it kept going to a Voicemail which cut me off every time, I tried to WhatsApp and text the number Ryan had contacted me on and no response. I asked for an explanation as to why nobody had called and all my attempts have been ignored and I still haven’t received an apology or explanation. All I’ve managed to do is pay someone to watch my children for an hour when I didn’t need them to. Thank you, Ryan and whatever team you have. Outrageous.

I submitted a request to this organisation and got a prompt response. I set up an appointment for an online call and got numerous reminders to attend. At the appointed time I waited for about 20 minutes and no one turned up. I chased and chased and eventually someone contacted me and we had a call. We went through all the details - all sounded positive, and then I haven't heard anything since (and it's been over a month now).

Couldn’t stick to an appointment time. Just received a barrage of endless calls.
When I did speak to someone it was just a bunch of awkward questions.
“Why’s your house not sold?”
“What’s the story?”
“You’re not that desperate are you?” Still no idea what the offer would be or how it works or anything about the process. Even asked me who my property is listed with. Surely could have checked that before calling??? Would not recommend.
