Friendly patient staff who were able to answer all my questions. Gave good advice to make correct purchase. Nice to get your purchased wrapped up makes it feel just that bit more expensive.

Bought 2 battery salt/pepper mills and one did not light up so had to take it back for an exchange. Although done, it took an age at the till.

Lovely shop
Lovely shop and large choice of 5 knife woodblock sets. Resisted the thousand pound Samurai set and v pleased with purchase at a reasonable price. Helpful staff.

Great service
I have bought several pro cook saucepans. Our frying pan had lost its coating after 7 years of use. We replaced it and the choice was wide. The sales assistant was very helpful giving us confidence what to choose.

Lovely 100% stainless steel frying pan
Lovely 100% stainless steel frying pan (no coatings / chemical surfaces). 24cm - perfect for breakfast and smaller frying jobs. Excellent quality - a little bit on the expensive side but will last forever. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Highly recommend

Knowledgeable of the staff member...
Great range of products and reasonable prices. The quality is very good too. What really stood out for me was the knowledge of the staff member who helped me. She had a deep knowledge of the products I purchased. She also advised me on the reason I had "killed" a frying pan!!!
