Friendly patient staff who were able to answer all my questions. Gave good advice to make correct purchase. Nice to get your purchased wrapped up makes it feel just that bit more expensive.

Fabulous service
The service I had was second to none. I have forgotten the ladies name, she was so helpful when I was purchasing a new knife set. She allowed me to hold and use the knife which gives you a good idea of quality. She gave me all my options and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Beautifully wrapped. I am very pleased with my purchase. I travelled quite a way to visit and will definitely go back for any kitchen items required. A+

Friendly and professional.
The lady who assisted us, {we went in for a knife block and knives} was very helpful. She went through the different steels and how long they would last etc….she gave us options to choose from. We are very happy with our purchase and for the help she gave. 10 out of 10
