I was allowed to wander and look around without being pestered. When l asked an assistant for an item she was very helpful, polite and friendly a pleasant experience.
The shop is well set out, clean and bright and a lot of lovely items.

The staff member knew exactly where to locate the thing I was looking for. However, on the way to the till she was waylaid by another customer and there was no one at the till to serve me. But she did summon another member of staff who apologised for keeping me waiting, so all good in the end.
