It's what a shop should be.
Good quality gear, certainly good enough for most home cooks. Good sales staff, sensible or very good prices. What all shops should be but so often aren't.

The best part of our day!
We came into the store at Castlepoint (07-04-2026, around 5pm) to buy a set of kitchen knives to replace ours (after more than 20 years). We were immediately impressed by the friendliness and knowledge shown by the staff. They were fantastic. And we were so pleased and amazed at last to be able to TRY OUT several models - they were prepared with fresh carrots and tomatoes for demos! We finished our purchase and walked away very very very happy customers!
