Very disappointed as visited my local store in Bracknell and went to cash desk to purchase my items with cash only to be advised they had no cash in the till to provide my change and that I could pay by card. I therefore left without my items as I will not be bullied into using a card, cash should also be an option. This is absolutely not acceptable.

Staff in Bracknell shop are friendly and helpful. Range of stainless steel saucepans is very high quality. Information leaflets on how to heat the saucepans slowly for best results are great - just as good as non stick when you follow them.

I just want to say a big thank you
I just want to say a big thank you to the man who found a small grey card holder in Westcotts Green with my debit card and cash in it and handed it into HSBC. I lost it on the way home while getting out of a Taxi after an undisclosed number of beers and whiskeys in Windsor with a good mate of mine 🤣. It just goes to show there are still some thoroughly decent and honest people about. If I can find you I’d love to get the chance to thank you properly! THANK YOU!
