Amendment to my original review but I value and appreciate the resolve and the manner of swift & polite communication by Mahesh from the ProCook customer service team - this is what excellent customer service by a high-end retailer looks like (take note Drew from Bracknell store)
I still haven't given the full 5 STARS because the ProCook management should pay attention to the Bracknell store and in particular the staff members like Drew who are rude, unhelpful and do not represent the aftersales service one would expect from ProCook.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. I looked online first and decided to go to the store to look at the colour and quality of the saucepans. I was not disappointed and bought a set.

Great customer service
Bought a salt and a pepper mill,
had a few issues with them. Spoke to Alison at pro cook customer services, what a lovely lady and sorted issue out to my satisfaction - thank you!

We went to the shop in the Lexicon…but had a really long waiting times to be served
We went to the shop in the Lexicon centre and had to wait a really long time to be served.. there was only one assistant on the shop floor who were giving advice to a client, and two more assistants in the back doing stock (apparently). I alerted the assistant in the shop who messaged them to come and even so it took a good 10 minutes before someone appeared to help. Three clients were waiting to be served, as the assistant in the shop was busy with another client. Not a very pleasant shopping experience unfortunately! Hopefully better next time as I love the shop!

Amazing customer service
The staff were really amazing, and exceptional customer service. My wife and I have been on the hunt for some new pans for a while. The sales person was knowledgeable on products and was able to understand our needs and what we were looking for. We walked out with 4 new frying pans and big smiles on our faces.
