Above & beyond level customer service
A member of staff gave me recommendations when I explained what I was looking for. I bought a heavy item and he carried it to my car- that is decent customer service!

Went twice in the space of 4 days. Both times staff were helpful and polite. Lovely crockery. Looks great in our new kitchen.
