Good quality
Lots of good quality items to choose from. Not much on peeling knives to choose.

Great prices. Good selection.
Store is very clean and tidy. Everything accesible. Greeted on entry and staff were very helpful and knew their products.
Only slight downside for me was they allow dogs in. Obviously ok for assistance dogs but sausage dogs and mutts i dont think its good at all.

Love this shop - could have spent more!
I love the shop, really well laid out. I had gathered several items while browsing and the MOST helpful and lovely assistant came and insisted she take the items from me while I continued to shop, individually wrapped the items and bagged them ready for me to pay for them at the till.

Lovely friendly staff
We went to the cotswold designer outlet after seeing a dinner set previously when we went to buy a new knife block.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and took their time with us.
We got the dinner set we were after and we're really pleased, will definitely be shopping here again.

We couldn’t find what we were looking…
We couldn’t find what we were looking for in the shop and had to ask a shop assistant. She searched the shop, went to the storeroom and found what we were looking for. The last two! Great customer service and nothing was too much trouble.
