Really helpful assistant.
I went looking for a Pyrex type dish and found none on display. The assistant looked up on the computer and initially thought it wouldn't be available until June, but then realised it could be on a delivery that had only just arrived. Thankfully it was and found a box still in the cage. Was only too happy to help me out, instead of coming back at a later date.

The member of staff, who I think could have been the manager, was extremely helpful, professional and also very pleasant. I took a while making my choice and she was not at all pushy whilst still encouraging me to look at all options.

Besides her professional and excellent customer service Antrima is always so very helpful and knowledgeable. She makes the experience of visiting and shopping at Procook a pleasure. I was served by Sarah in the pro cook in notcutts garden centre and she helped me buy all my stuff for my new flat , showed me products she thought i would prefer and made sure i got a really good deal , love pro cook products already but made me certain to come back and buy more

Fantastic Service!
I called in the first instance about a kettle and toaster set to check if it was in stock at the Ditchling branch, they confirmed they had the stock. When I arrived it was put aside for me, usually, I do not expect shops these days to put items aside for customers. The assistant was incredibly helpful and very polite. The service was impeccable.
