Some more staff training might be…
Some more staff training might be helpful. The sales assistant charged me for two of an item when I only wanted one. He duly refunded me but didn't appear to understand why and wouldn't give me the one item that I had paid for back! I like your products but I won't be rushing back.

I was provide with answers to the questions I asked and was able to complete the transaction. I was also able to register the items I purchased at the same time for the guarantee.
