I first discovered your shop on Birmingham when on a visit. So when I was going to exeter I googled to see if you had one there & you did. I love cook shops. The assistant was very friendly. Sadly you didn't have what I wanted, but I did buy another pair of kitchen scissors whi h I bought in Birmingham. They are really good & as they were on offer, it was too good to pass up.

Friendly, kind and knowledgeable
I'm really glad I popped into the ProCook store in Exeter. It was the first time I had been in the shop and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had my dog with me and the staff said it was ok for me to bring her in and then made a lovely fuss of her which I really appreciated. I was helped to find the exact product I was looking for, the staff member who helped me had really good knowledge of all the products and gave me confidence to buy the things I needed. I wished I had time to browse for longer. I will definitely go to this store again the next time I am in Exeter.
