Exactly what I wanted...
I got a dear little metal and wood dustpan and brush which is EXACTLY what I wanted. Tiny enough to stow away easily yet still brilliantly functionally. Great design with a little magnet that keeps it all together when not in use.

Very welcoming and accommodating when I had a large pram and two sleeping kids. Staff (George and another nice lady whose name I've sadly forgotten) were very helpful and knowledgable about the products I was looking at.

Exceptional customer service and product
Exceptionally high level of knowledge and customer service when we bought Elite saucepans. The Man who served us was also very helpful kind and friendly. We are delighted with the saucepans which are what we expected from the information we were given.
