ProCook - Gloucester Avis 

Really inviting store to browse and staff were incredibly friendly. Great choice and quality.

This is my second purchase from ProCook.
Looking for some steak knives to match existing cutlery, I was happy to see a ProCook offering that fit the bill.
Still utterly delighted with the Blue Steel frying pan and wok that I’d purchased previously, and which have both been used heavily, since, and are looking like they’ll outlast me, there was no question of looking any further.
The Soho steak knife set is simple and elegant in design, comfortable in the hand, and cuts like a scalpel, rather than a saw.

A good choice of high quality cookware

I was looking for a small non stick frying pan. The Sales assistant pointed out what ProCook had to offer and the price. I made my selection of just what I needed. Straightforward as it should always be. Thanks

Staff extremely helpful, polite and attentive. Clean well laid out store either quality products. I have used Pro Cook for years.

Large choice of quality products, well displayed. Prices reasonable for the quality. Would have liked a little more description of the product on its packaging: we wanted a PFA- free non-stick pan and had to ask to check, as we weren't sure whether the relevant display card described all the products on display, which didn't all look the same inside the pans.

Slow to process online orders. Something I ordered on a Thursday (and I was reasonably hoping to receive five days later) still had the status of undispatched and in "processing" on day four following payment. Even if you pay an accelerated delivery fee (getting you DPD in lieu of Evri) the time taken to dispatch is still right out of a snail derby. Guys, you are up against a market dominated by Amazon next day delivery - do wake up and smell the coffee! I have a local Procook store that's ten minutes away, but they don't carry a lot of stock, which makes me wonder what's the point of that particular retail outlet.

Pro Cook sell quality kitchenware. I purchased a Hand Blender, a veg peeler and can open. All three work better than any similar items that I have used over the years. The in-store staff and very helpful and courteous (Gloucester Quays). I thoroughly recommend Pro Cook!

Gourmet Ceramic Non-Stick Cookware Set 6 Piece
Only compatible with induction if you have a lot of patience. These saucepans take way too long to boil water.
Did an experiment, boiling a pint of water:
18cm gourmet saucepan took 5m 18s to boil, old 18cm enamelled steel took 2m 07s. Borrowed friend’s Ikea 18cm steel saucepan which took 2m 03s.
Tested the 16cm saucepan too - this took 11m 26s to boil a pint of water.
24cm frying pan was better at 2m 12s, but perhaps the larger base helps.
Overall, not impressed - yes they work with induction if you have enough time and patience.
They should not be sold for use on induction hobs.
