Helpful & friendly staff.
The assistant that served me was super helpful and very friendly. I purchased a 16 piece crockery set that I really didn't want to carry around whilst I did the remainder of my shopping, The store assistant kindly kept it safe until I was ready to pick it up, he even said that should I forget to collect that he would reach out via email to remind me. Upon my return I was greeted my another team member as I walked into the store, the initial member of staff remembered me and promptly passed me my goods. Overall… Very chatty, really friendly and helpful manner.

Knowledgeable staff and great products
Having reviewed various pans online, I visited ProCook Guildford. I was immediately offered assistance by one of the staff, who was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I went away with a 20cm tri-ply stainless steel pan with which I'm delighted.

We only went in to buy a frying pan and…
We only went in to buy a frying pan and guess what? We found one we liked at the price we felt was right and so we took the plunge and got it.
The shop assistant was male and friendly.
We hope the pan is a good investment but only time will tell. Contact me again in 2 years time and I'll probably be able to give you an answer -until then take care.

Excellent service and advice. Although the specific sized frying pan we wanted was not in stock at the branch, we received it the next day direct from online stock. Quick and very good.
