Good shopping experience
Bought a new frying pan (£40) assistant who served me was friendly and knowledgeable. I cook on an Aga so was recommended suitable product (not pushed into buying most expensive Pan). Friendly staff and good shopping experience.

I came into the Guildford store to find…
I came into the Guildford store to find some pasta bowls that matched our other plates. Due to the Oslo range being hand made, the colour can vary quite a lot and the pasta bowls on display were a lighter shade than I was looking for. The staff member who assisted me (sorry, I didn’t get his name!) was so helpful in going out back to find more of the same product and I was able to purchase a set of 4 that were a darker finish.
I always find the team very friendly and helpful and this time I especially appreciated him searching through back room stock to find the products that I was looking to purchase.
