I went in to Pro Cook to buy a cast…
I went in to Pro Cook to buy a cast iron pan. They have a good range but I was undecided. The staff wo helped me really knew the products and how to look after them.
I eventually bought a beautiful blue cast iron pan which they packed up well and bagged up. Great service.

I was so excited to have purchased my wok only to get home to find imperfections around the side.I will be phoning your Guildford store today for a chat and to find out if they have stock so that I can exchange it.I would suggest that your staff remove packaging when a purchase is made to check the quality.

I had a complex issue to sort, the staff were clearly experienced, extremely considerate to my needs and objectives, I had a thoroughly pleasurable time shopping and got what I needed. Good old fashioned retail quality. it was like John Lewis used to be
The mechandising of products is good and the 3 for £9 on utensils was a nice surprise when went to pay.
Three times we were asked. "Can I help you to find anything in particular" but what we like about Procook is just the fun of browsing just to see what Kitchen gadgets are out there, that might improve the cooking experience. It's a bit like the Betterware catologue you just want to flick through incase your missing out.
