Bought non stick frying pan from elite…
Bought non stick frying pan from elite range. The pan was faulty and non stick was not really working it would stick around edges. when I took it back I was told you can't really fry an egg on its. Its apparently only just for pancakes and very low heat cooking
The till lady was lovely and helped us get another one. Although there is this other older lady working there who initially sold us that pan. She can get really annoying and get her timing wrong. She had just started her shift and asked the till lady sorting our return out if she could go and grab her lunch for later from waitrose. That poor till lady was already so stressed and opened the shop early and she could really do with that old lady's help than being abandoned alone in a busy shop

The Pro- cook in Kingston stsff could see I was looking and help me find what I was looking for - another member said about a bag which needed as my plastic bag wasn’t enough and service was quick and very good - wrapped my purchase.

Having spoken to 2 people across 2 of your stores in 2 cities; it seems you provide good training. Both were very knowledgeable about the products; both were patient and nice. Lady manager in Kingston and Male Manager in Bristol, both were very helpful.
We bought a 3 pan set, at a good price. We have used your pans before; quality seems quite good. Stores keep looking nicer with more products.
In addition we have learnt not to wash these non-stick pans in dishwasher, and we know exactly why. Dishwashers seem to shorten the life of most dishes/items we put in it; due to the very harsh chemicals they use.
We will of course NOT wash our new pans in the dish washer.
