Great service the colleague gave me greay advice so I didnt sharpen my Japanese knives wrong. As there are different ways of sharpening. Products are excellent quality and a good price.

Excellent customer service from Holly at Gunwharf Quays. I thought I knew which product would be best for me, but having discussed my requirements, Holly asked relevant questions and was full of useful information which helped me choose the most suitable product for me.

There was nothing special about the…
There was nothing special about the service I received. In fact, I was asked if I wanted a paper receipt or an email receipt. I opted for a paper one, which I received. When I got home, I also had an email one. Did the member of staff listen to me? Who knows? I’m happy with my purchase, though.

This level of care is rare!
I popped in for a small pairing knife - real life shopping is so much better for items you will use every day!
An assistant approached with a smile and took to sales/security card to store behind the counter while I continued to shop. Didn't push more expensive items. When I went to pay he remembered me immediately and took time to process to guarantee.

Great products and great staff
The staff were really helpful and lovely. I got a great set of pans and they also helped the person I was with as she was feeling unwell - above and beyond what a shop assistant would normally do.
