Popped in for knives and some kitchen essentials before I move and had a fantastic experience. The staff were attentive and Katie went above and beyond to help me find the perfect knives. Being able to try them was a real bonus! Very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience.

The members of staff answered all my questions but there was no hard sell which l found very refreshing.I was able to try the knife with a potato too before l bought it.
I will be returning again to the shop in West Quay Centre,Southampton.
The guy who served us first deserves a pay increase!Good eye contact and a beaming smile greeted us.

Good quality products
We started buying from ProCook when we were on holiday in Street, a few years ago now. Since then if we needed any cooking items we would always go to ProCook first. The staff are always very helpful. I find the layout of the shops always nicely set out and invites you to look around at other items. Always a good experience.

Disappointed I returned a gift with the receipt, the money was returned to the gift giver, I had to pay for the items, that were on offer at the time, so full price, and told to reach out to the card holder, I now have to ask them to send me the money, which you had in the first place.

Purchased an electric salt and pepper shaker, came home doesn't work, most of them were all broken in the shop, I shouldn't of brought one in there
