Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. I needed to think about what knives I might buy as a gift, and I was able to bring away two on approval on 30-day return (if unused) so that the intended recipient can feel the heft and handling of the two different styles with a view to my buying more for them.

Excellent customer service from a young, dark-haired male (forgot his name) who said he is in training and started just before Christmas. He was keen, helpful and professional throughout. A real credit to your store and the reason great customer service matters to the customer experience.

The staff at my Watford store made me feel very welcome. I knew what I needed and the very polite and helpful young man ensured my shopping experience was a great one and it was. I bought a cast iron griddle and 6 steak knives. All very good quality and a fair price. Great experience!
